I took a day off. I'd call it a mental health day, but for the needs of my mental health in that loonie bin, it's more like a mental health moment.

Letting it all out
I'm a full time working mother. What that means is that I work full time, I'm a mom full time and I have a 3 hours of driving every day. Really folks, I'm just this side of postal! I work for a very small, privately owned family company. There's a lot of great things about it (I get my pay check and some of my coworkers are fabulous) but mostly it's completely unbelievable ... you'll see.
